NUTRITION
The Approach
You will become empowered to take control of your nutrition and design a sustainable eating plan with foods you enjoy so you can achieve your goals with flexibility.
My goal is to have you eating as much food as possible to lose body fat! If you are worrying about a starvation diet...this is not it! The focus is to BUILD your nutrition.
How It Works
Weekly (via the NOURISH private group platform) we will work on building healthy balanced eating habits using:
Nutrition challenges
Lessons
Accountability Check-Ins
You will be given your own Personalized Nutrition Goals (PNG) directly from coach Fatima – these are based on your personal assessments.
EXERCISE
The Approach
For optimal fat loss, the foundation of the workouts are focused on strength training.
You heard that right! If you want to get lean, you need to pair your nutrition plan with the right workout plan. One that has a goal to either build muscle or minimally maintain muscle while you lose fat. Strong and lean is our goal! Depleted and overtrained is not!
How It Works
Each month you will have access to a progressive strength training program (workouts are less than 30 minutes). This is laid out in detail. Just show up (at a time that works for you), press play and follow along and workout with Coach Fátima or if you prefer, you may also print out the workout and follow along.
To supplement the strength sessions you may also choose from: (5-20 mins) bodyweight routines (for extra fat burning) and OPTIONAL specific focused workouts (abs, glutes, mobility, foam rolling. stretches). Currently there are over 100 workouts to choose from and growing! Modifications and Progressions are included.


MINDSET
The Approach
Having a solid nutrition and workout program are important BUT quite often the missing link to being successful is your mindset.
We will dig a little deeper to uncover, release, reset, get more present and mindful so you can break through the barriers that have been keeping you from your progress and create new habits, & ways of thinking that work for you not against you!
How it Works
Short challenges in the areas of mindset, mindfulness and habit building techniques will be given to help build momentum forward, get unstuck, and to be more mindful and present in your day.

Bi Monthly, private group Zoom calls lead by Coach Fátima, with regular opportunities to ask questions and cover any individualized support needed. These calls are set based on the needs of the group

Meet Coach Fátima Leite
I have been an online wellness transformation coach since 2006.
During my career I have personally practiced a variety of structured fitness and nutrition plans to fit my goals including : fitness competition prep, fitness model photo shoot prep, performance training, and pre/post natal wellness.
Each goal required a different but very focused approach. When I was consistent with my habits the results showed.
This sharp focus and consistency with my fitness, nutrition, and personal goals earned me two Pro Cards (WBFF & FAME) as well as many features as a model and contributor in top magazines such as (Oxygen & Strong).
Needless to say that some of my biggest dream goals were reached!
My history with fitness has always been fairly consistent but after I gave birth to my daughter in 2018 I constantly found myself struggling to connect with a consistent self-care ritual that worked. The vicious cycle would go something like this: create a workout and nutrition plan to follow, get started, don’t follow through consistently, feel bad that I could not get it all together, then stop and feel worse. This was on repeat for me for quite some time. I was feeling stuck and unable to move forward. I had a vision of what I wanted. I knew that I had some post pregnancy goals of gaining my strength back, rebuilding lost muscle from lack of weight training, feeling more energetic, and I wanted to see those hard earned abs (I used to have) make an appearance again.
I had these goals BUT I kept trying to reach them by attempting to do too much all at once and I finally accepted that it was just not working for me. I finally got to a point where I knew I had to create a different path to reach my desired goals. I needed to create a routine that I could commit to consistently and that included getting back to the gym, taking some time for self-care, and fueling my body with healthy food.
All of these pieces were important for my own well-being and nourishment.
This is where the NOURISH program was conceived.
The concept of NOURISH is to move forward with small steps that you can commit to consistently.
Once you create these habits, you will start to feel more energetic, happier, stronger and then keep moving forward using that momentum.
